In November 2024, Phil received a life-changing diagnosis: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). This progressive neurological condition affects muscle movement and everyday independence, bringing new challenges for Phil and his family every single day.

Despite the devastating diagnosis, Phil remains the same resilient and inspiring person we’ve always known. But the road ahead is incredibly difficult — physically, emotionally, and financially. From home modifications and mobility equipment to in-home care and ongoing medical needs, the costs of living with ALS are overwhelming.
